Ryan 1st trial flash card

This week has been much shorter than usual, cause today is a public holiday! Sound cool rite? Finally a long weekend huh? Many childrens must have been longing for this day, many parents taken leave, bringing their childrens for family outings, tour, activities?

Too bad, our family never have this chance to do so. Our Daddy Vin always have to be away last minute at such time. Our pre-planned East Coast chalet have to be cancel, we dpn't wish to go again with him. Even it was meant for celebrating Celine and my birthday, he still have to go. I did not say anything when he tell me about it, I know if I object, it will make any differences.

Perhaps one day when the kids grow up, when they one day look through the family outing's photos, they realized that in the bit and pieces of memories they have, Daddy wasn't in the picture. Who's regret will it be??

Today Erjie and I meet up as the usual, we decided to bring baby Ryan to the temple at pandan garden. We goes there regularly every month when Ryan past his birth month. For his 8 month, we havn't been there yet. Thanks to Guan Yin Pu Sa's blessing, Ryan grown up another month healthly. It's was Guan Yin mercy, that grant me such a intelligent and cute son. Just like before, I suggested fishball mee at the coffee shop near there, I just love tat fishball mee so much, although the coffee shop is so small and stuffy :-P

After tat, we went seperate back to individual home and planned to meet later in the afternoon for a casual shopping. By the time we meet, it was already about 3pm, it was raining heavily and we became quite lazy. We finally decided to go west mall, just to walk walk la. We were so upset about our growing SIZE hence did not buy any new clothes at all. We ended up buying many household stuff and assessments books for Celine. Think so need to keep her as busy as possible when I goes to work, if not she might do something 'Creative' to do again. During which, we found many types of flash cards for baby in the book store, after considering for quite a long time, we finally decided to buy a set "First words" to try on Ryan.

On the way back, we bought the Take 5 chicken chop meals at Old Chang Kee for Nisa and Celine's dinner. We didn't buy any for ourself, because we were too upset and hoping to slim down immediately. Lol.

Erjie was so excited tat once we reach home, she took out the cards and start using the method her friend taught her to flash to Ryan. Oh my god. It was incredible lor, our Baby Ryan could actually identify already even though it was his first trial. See the video, he is such a darling!!! Mummy is so proud of you baby Ryan!
